Finding tracking information for your order is simple and easy with Heat Press Nation.
Once a shipping label has been created, an email will be sent to you with the FedEx, USPS, or UPS tracking number. You can enter this tracking number on either the FedEx, USPS, or UPS website to find all the shipping information for your package. At Heat Press Nation, we primarily ship with FedEx, but if your shipment is coming directly from the manufacturer, they may use a different carrier. An email will be sent for every shipment in your order.
Since the email is sent directly after the label has been created, shipping updates may not be available for the next 24 hours as the package is received by the carrier and entered into their system. Once the package has been entered into the carrier's system, an estimated delivery date should appear on the carrier's website. If you have any questions about the status of a package that has already shipped, we ask that you please contact the carrier.
If you were logged into your account when placing your order, you can also find your tracking information on HeatPressNation.com. To find the tracking information, first login to your account using the link to the right of the Search Bar. Next, click on the My Account link at the top of the page. From the menu that appears, click on My Orders. This will take you to a page that displays a list of all your orders. Click on the order number of the purchase for which you need tracking. On the next page the tracking number will appear in green at the top of the order summary, if available.
If you accidentally placed your order as a guest and did not log in to your account, unfortunately, we cannot associate this guest order with your existing account. We apologize for the inconvenience.
