Can I return or exchange my order?Updated 2 months ago

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers may elect to receive a store credit or refund.

For Heat Presses* Only: We are able to waive the 15% restocking fee when a replacement product is purchased. However, the returned item must be in fairly new condition and must not show signs of extensive use. Simply place an order for a new heat press and upon receipt of your returned heat press, we will issue a refund with zero restocking fees. Applicable to/from shipping costs shall still be deducted from the refund amount. (Returning press must be in brand new condition, with all original packaging, paperwork, manuals, and accessories included to be eligible for waived re-stocking fee.)

For Consumable Items Only: We are able to accept consumable items within 30 days of purchase, however, customer would be responsible for return shipping. Consumable items are subjected to a 20% restocking fee if it is not returned in the original condition in which it was received. Consumable items include transfer paper, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation blanks, etc.

Please note: We are not able to accept returns on inks that have been opened. Please double check your packaging to ensure that you have received the correct inks for your designated printer. For further inquiries, contact us directly at (800)215-0894.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

Vinyl Cutters & Printers: Vinyl Cutters may only be returned in new, unused condition. If included software has been registered/installed, the full value of that software shall be deducted from the return value.

Printers can only be returned in factory sealed condition, with no inks/toner installed and the serial number unregistered. No exceptions can be made for printers with installed ink/toner, nor printers with registered serial numbers. Inks, toner cartridges, and waste collection units can only be returned in factory sealed condition. If any of these items are damaged in shipping or are otherwise DOA, they shall be replaced only with an identical item.

Vinyl Cutters, Printers, and Printer Consumables are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a vinyl cutter or printer is returned damaged, missing items, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to assess any additional restocking fees up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the condition or missing items. Any software that is included with the vinyl cutter or printer must come back uninstalled and unregistered. Should any software be installed/registered, the full value of that software will be deducted from the refund or credit.

Made to Order Products: Some products on our website are made to order after an order has been placed and are noted as such in the product description. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been placed. If an order is cancelled for one of these items, a restocking fee and/or product manufacturing cancellation fee may apply. These fees vary by manufacturer. Clearance Items are all final sale; we are unable to refund or exchange these items.
