What if my order arrives damaged?Updated a year ago

All of our heat presses undergo a thorough quality control inspection before leaving our warehouse. Because of our strict quality control procedures, we are confident that your heat press will be in 100% working order upon delivery. Occasionally there are situations where products are damaged in transit and as a result, may not be in proper working or cosmetic condition upon arrival. In these situations we are happy to exchange your damaged/DOA/defective item with a brand new, direct replacement entirely at our expense.

To be eligible for a no-cost replacement, claims must be made within 15 days of product delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and notify your delivery driver immediately if there is any physical damage to the packaging.

If your item has arrived either damaged in transit or in less-than-perfect working condition, please contact us immediately at (800)215-0894 or [email protected]. To assist in our claims process, we kindly request that photos of the damaged product be sent via email.
