My heat press won't stop beeping. The heat press is open.Updated a year ago

If you find that your Signature Series heat press is in the open position and won't stop beeping after it's powered on for the first time, it may be due to a loose connector on the digital computer gauge. This sometimes happens because of a bumpy ride while the machine is in transit.

Unplug your machine and remove the back panel. Locate the green and white connectors connected to the Digital computer gauge.

Pull the white connector and green connector out of their slots. Do not pull them by the wires. Reconnect the green connector, followed by the white connector. Ensure that they are firmly in place. Replace the back panel of the heat press, plug it in and power it on.

Your heat press should now beep only when it is closed and the timer has reached zero.

Still beeping? Contact technical support as there may be a needed part replacement.
